How do you manage to learn for a long time?

Am actually in the middle of the exams phase at university. Instead of studying, I watch Netflix. Yani do you have any tips on how not to be distracted immediately after 10 minutes of effort

You could make a schedule so that you can manage the time better and enforce it consistently

Meditate first. Take your phone and delete all apps (TikTok; Insta; Snap etc.) and think about what you really want to become. Do you want to be unemployed and always dependent on others or do you want to live on your money?

Most of the time it happens that you forget that you didn't want to look at the cell phone. When that happens you always put 1 euro or so (no matter how much) in a can.

Everything step by step:

You can deactivate all of your social media apps for a month. (Believe me you will feel so free afterwards and always have time for yourself.)
You will automatically start reading books, doing homework and getting closer to your goals.
Mobile phone distracts 95%! Therefore, while you are doing your homework, it is better to either turn off the Wi-Fi and only turn it on when you need something for the tasks or you just turn off the cell phone.
Start doing your hobbies.
You will have a lot of time afterwards after you have deactivated all your accounts! Ps: if you deactivate Insta, you have to do it on a laptop / pc. After you have done this, please do not go back in and then delete your instagram, otherwise if you go in, you will have to wait 1 week before you can deactivate it for a month. Or you still have a chance: you can delete the account forever.

that's it. -.

(Because I didn't have the can and knew, aha, I won't get all the money back at first, I didn't want to give any more money. That's why I stopped looking at my cell phone when I was studying. Now I'm not anymore so often on it. So that helps you both now and later haha)

I once deactivated Insta on my cell phone. That works too. So if you don't have a PC etc. You can easily do this via your mobile phone.

You could use Netflix to reward yourself for learning. E.g. 1 hour study = 1 episode. Or e.g. You go through a whole chapter = 1 episode. Depending on how you want to divide it up. And then you learn again and are allowed to watch an episode again, etc.

Yep, or something.
I just did it too. I always do it a month before the exams.

Or I sometimes deactivate them for a year. That depends on whether I feel like using social media apps or not.
So, it's really an advantage not to use social media for a year and an advantage if you just do it for yourself without forcing yourself. It's really good for you.
