Why can I only watch Netflix on the TV with a profile?

I can change the Netflix profile on my TV for some reason. Every time I go to the profile menu and want to change the profile, an error message comes up. On the one profile that works, I can easily watch Netflix.

Does anyone know why that is?

At first I had the problem on my Samsung TV too.
