My Netflix profile is simply gone?

I made a Netflix profile about a friend and looked at it all the time and had no problems… Yesterday I was out of my profile for a short while and I was back in or wanted to be back in and it didn't work. So far, still not! I no longer see my profile as if I had never done one.

Does jmd know about Netflix? Maybe I came up with the remote control somewhere, so I somehow removed my profile.
