Netflix on Smart TV is suddenly no longer?

Help!

Half a month ago I got the ChiQ U50E6000 for my birthday. Everything worked great, but suddenly Netflix stopped working. It is an eternally long ladescreen. It does not happen at all. Sometimes if something happens, then the code NW-2-5 will be displayed. It probably means that it is the network, but that can't be true, because YouTube works. Already logged in, but without success. Do you have a solution?
