No, if the password is changed, you will be kicked out of the account and have to log in again with the new password
If the option is activated as shown in the picture, you have to log in to all other devices with the new password.
You still have to click on Account> Settings then on "https://www.netflix.com/ManageDevices" to log off all devices and you have to log in again (with a new password)
