Why isn't there Croatian to choose from on Netflix?

So how do you mean that the language setting in Netflix for all words on the page can't be set to Croatian? That should amount to the same thing. We're in Germany, so the site is in German, English etc. Since not even 1% of German citizens speak Croatian or Serbian, it was probably decided that these languages need not be added to the selection.
