Watch Netflix series that are only available in other countries in Germany?

I wanted to watch the series "The Originals" for a long time. Unfortunately, these are no longer available on Netflix in Germany. I'm pretty sure you can watch this series on Netflix in the US Now to my question: Is it possible that I can also watch the series in Germany (then in English)?
