Most Free VPNs do that and you need a good one, which one you have but I can recommend Nord VPN
I've also looked at foreign items on Netflix because I searched for them and it is saved in my profile. You can also set the language to the original sound.
A free VPN service is sufficient for this (I know that vpnlite.net from Keepsolid works). You should not use free VPNs for torrents etc.

That is not completly correct. It depends on whether the VPN overcrowded its servers.
The overcrowden their servers are guaranteed (are therefore blacklisted by Netflix). As far as I know this is a whitebranding proxy, not a VPN.
Most VPNs don't work. Probably not with yours either.

No wire guard, for 2.50 euro / month there's wire guard at VyprVPN.
Wireguard is not a purchase argument for me. Surfshark also has brute speeds with IKEv2 (for servers in Europe around 95% of normal bandwidth), I tested that yesterday. I also have a Wireguard VPN, but I rarely use it.
