I recently bought a new TV. And I put the old one back in the box and now I want to sell it. Only I forgot to log out of Netflix and Amazon Prime beforehand. The password or the data are stored on the TV that I only had to press the Netflix button and then I was inside. Hence my question if I now change my password on Netflix and Amazon Prime and I have given the TV to the new owner. Does he then have to enter the registration data or re-enter the password for Netflix and Amazon, or should I have unsubscribed beforehand? Of course I don't want the new owner to have my data and look over it or buy from Prime Videos or change the password.
You should be able to reset the TV to the factory settings via the settings. The device is then equipped as it was when you bought it at the time. Your links should also be deleted.
Yes, but the problem is I've already put it back in the box. And all completed.
