So for a couple of hours the pages Viki.com and Netflix do not load anymore. All other pages, however, load as usual… Have already restarted my PC and my internet but unfortunately it still does not work. I do not know what else I could do to make it work. Can someone help me here?

So I'm also with Vodafone and with me Netflix works without problems.
Delete the cache and cookies of your browser. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete and delete the cache and the cookies from the entire period.
If the problem still persists then try as a test if you can open the page through another browser. Does it work there, it is up to your actual browser. In this case, I would then reset this time to the default settings. How can I tell you if you tell me which browser you are using
Does not help from the above, I would just reset the network settings of your device.
Open the command prompt (cmd) as administrator (right click => run as administrator). If Powershell (blue window) has opened instead of the command prompt, enter cmd in this window and press the Enter key once.
Then enter the following commands:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig / release
ipconfig / renew
ipconfig / flushdns
netcfg -d
Then restart your computer.
Has done well then. Actually seems to be due to a fault. Both sides work for me, but I'm not at Vodafone.
