Nortmally drag it to the screen and then enlarge and close it.
But that is not always possible with games etc, because the people who use the graphics driver usually want the primary screen, then you have to tick this in the settings.
Most programs use the Window.Position System and thus save the last position and / or the last screen. But it doesn't work for everyone and therefore you have to do a lot of things manually, especially with games. Maybe there's a program for this, but I don't know of this.
