Youtube, Netflix etc. No longer works?

For a month now, my Sony TV has stopped displaying apps (YouTube, Netflix, etc.). The problems occurred after the last update.

Does anyone have any advice on how to fix the problem?

Reset completely to factory settings. Then of course you have to set everything up and reinstall all the aps.

If it does not work 100 percent guarantee but it is worth trying.
