I've been having sooo forever problems with Netflix (but only on TV…) It just happens that a message comes up that this title can't be played at the moment, that I should try it later or choose another title. But no title works at all. This problem then exists for at least 4 hours, up to max. 24 hours. It's totally stupid while it doesn't work on the TV, I can easily start Netflix on my mobile phone in the same second and watch everything.

What else can I do? I'm totally desperate because it happens every 2 days sometimes even every day.

Unfortunately I can't delete Netflix on the TV. Whatever the reason, it can't be deleted.

In general, everything that has to do with films can't be removed from the television.

Quit the app properly (not just the return key or any other)
Out of WLAN and in again
Reset WLAN router
Reset TV. TV off, plug out & leave outside for at least 15 seconds.
