I have a problem with my smart tv, because (even if Netflix and YouTube work) I would like to use other apps like Spotify or Amazon prime video… Unfortunately, I can't find the apps or even an app store

There are also other apps like Facebook or Twitter on the TV, but why should you use something like that…
