How do I load a new app on my TV?

I bought a Grundig 43 Gub 8962 today. Wanted to download the Sky go app now (because I do not have netflix) but can't find where to download the apps. And I do not find the normal internet browser either because Dazn would like to use it too…

Can someone help?
