For 50 euro you have to be happy if Netflix opens at all. But I wouldn't assume that something would run smoothly. 50 euro for a PC is a joke, you only get an old scrap mill from 10 years ago, so you never know how long it will last.

I use an AMD Athlon II X2 265 and DDR2 RAM! And there Netflix runs smoothly in FullHD. He has by far the 10 years.
Do you know how long a new PC will run? It can also smear off you after 6 months. Have fun with the legal guarantee and the reversal of the burden of proof.
