Fire Tv stick purchase failed?
I got the TV stick and set it up. Now I wanted to download Netflix and now it says buy failed and buy something with 1 click (you can see in the picture). I then set up the billing address in my account and it still doesn't work.
On the website that is listed there you can only enter your bank account or credit card. Unfortunately I don't have online banking and only a girocard.
Can someone help me?
Go to the Amazon website and start a chat. They have always been able to help me with amazing competence.
Here's how to do it.
Then enter the IBAN of your Girocard. This is your bank account number. You don't need online banking for this.
This 1 click can be deactivated on Amazon, on my account and then 1 click Settings.
If you don't know what a bank account is and come with girocard and online banking, that sounds underage and Amazon is 18: s
I'm not 18 either, I ordered the Fire tv stick through a buddy. I didn't expect you to have to give your bank details for it.
