Netflix transfer failed?

Today Netflix sent me my money back even though my account is funded.
I know that Netflix will debit it again, but now I ask myself, will my account be blocked until you have debited it again and it has arrived at you or does everything continue as normal?

Should actually continue to run normally. Unfortunately I'm not 100% sure.
