Remove white bar from Telefunken?

I have a problem and I have a Telefunken TV and when I watch Netflix there's a white bar at the top. Can you remove that somehow? Thank you.

Since the dealer mode is still active, I would argue that there should be somewhere in the menu somewhere under extended that it is still active. Just deactivate it. If necessary, it is also called business operation or demo

menu - settings - further settings - trader mode - deactivated

The TV is in demo shop mode, you have to search in the menu for the point where you can switch it to home mode
