Since this morning, nothing happens when pressing the windows button. I thought first that she is kapput, but looking at a Youtube videos, I tried again to press and the video was paused. Did that synonymous with Netflix synonymous tried and every time I press the windows button now it simply pauses my video (as if I press on pause, if I then again press the video and continue to pause, etc.)

Clean Install might help, or go away from Windows.
It would be useful to know which keyboard do you have?
But generally the procedure is the same:
Look under your driver software to see if there's any function that can change your keyboard layout.
Is the correct driver for the keyboard still available or has somehow been updated?
Connect the keyboard to another device and see if the problem appears on this device.
Do you use applications / services like AutoHotkey, Volume2, dexpot, CurseForge's tool, Twitch app, OBC, or others that have system-wide keyboard layouts? (Unfortunately, there are countless variations here, so I even recommend starting the PC without the services, which is not from Microsoft.)
For the beginning is already a lot.
