If my payment method is not covered on Netflix, will a different one be used?

My mother accidentally reactivated the membership, my bank account, which unfortunately has nothing on it, has now been used, I immediately changed the payment method and switched to my PayPal.

Will this be debited from my bank account or from my PayPal?
What would happen if it did from the bank account? Punishment?

If NF wants to debit the bank account and it is too late in the system with PayPal, then you have to pay a fee because your account was not covered.

Can I also pay the fee with credit? Or then membership + fee

Netflix debits the payment method that you have set.

If this is not sufficient, the account will be blocked.
