Dear Reader, I have a question about Netflix. I have a SmartTV from Sony and the matching remote control is the Netflix button when I press it, only the Netflix logo appears and it disappears just as quickly as it was there (there's no longer an error message). My TV is connected to the internet and I've already restarted it. I've also reached out to the Netflix Help Center. I wanted to ask you, dear reader, for help or tips.

Yes, however, it always said that you should contact the Sony Help Center but I can't find a valid number.
What happens if you go to Netflix normally with the other buttons?

otherwise go to the play store and uninstall Netflix and download it again.
Go under settings apps delete the catch of the netflix app or if it still does not work then simply uninstall it again from the playstore
