Netflix payment by paypal is not possible?

You may want to help me. Wanted to get Netflix and pay via paypal. Have a Paypal account and so many purchases already pressed. But if I then select the subscription on netflix, and have logged in to Paypal, comes: Add payment source. I then enter my bank details, comes, this account is already added and more is not there. Does anyone know what's going on?

And logged in to Paypal, comes: Add payment source.

PayPal wants you to add a credit card.

This has been happening more and more frequently lately, as PP ensures that no minor has registered with false data.
