Good sci-fi or cyberpunk series?

Does anyone know of good science fiction and / or cyberpunk series, also outside of Netflix / Amazon Prime?

I'm open to all suggestions; Can be something like Altered Carbon, Star Trek, Babylon 5 etc., or something completely different.

Here are a few tips from me - I'm a sci fi and cyberpunk fan myself.

Netflix:

Salvation (unfortunately canceled after a season)
Biohackers (unfortunately it was postponed)
Dark
Dark Net

amazon prime:

The Expanse (I just started looking)
The Orville
Farscape (I think it's cool)
