I have finished season 2 of Tokyo Ghoul on Netflix and as I asked there's more! In which order should I continue which stagger or manga should I read / watch because I have often heard I should read the mangas in front of Tokyo Ghoul: re reading the mangas but I'm a little stupid and check nothing, maybe someone can tell me which mangas I have read there (Amazon link or link to the e-book) and what about the two "spinoff" staggering that also contribute something to the story when should I watch it? I know a lot of questions but I would be very happy to answer this one!

That's just the problem when you watch the anime. It's best to read from the beginning.
Moin, my recommendation to you is, just read the manga, Tokyo Ghoul 'and then the manga, Tokyo Ghoul RE'
Especially with 'Tokyo Ghoul' you will notice a big difference to the anime.
I'm not a big fan of the anime adaptation and I think the manga is worlds better.

After season 2 comes Tokyo Ghoul: re, but don't watch it if you still want to call Tokyo Ghoul a good anime. ✊😔
Tokyo Ghoul RE is the continuation if you want to start manga then also Tokyo Ghoul because the 2nd season is filler and everything was badly adapted anyway
