Tokyo Ghoul: re on Netflix?

I finished watching Netflix Tokyo Ghoul (2 seasons). But what I ask myself is why the 3.Staffel. Re) does not exist? There's the 3rd since 2018 on Anime on Demand, but why not on Netflix? Is the 3rd season still on Netflix? LG
