I have a Netflix account that I pay with vouchers. I did not specify any other payment option. I can't buy a coupon today. What happens to my account tomorrow? Will it be unusable until I pay or will it be deleted?

You can use the service only if there's credit, or you charge credit. Is like a mobile phone prepaid card. If there's no money on it, you can't do anything with it
Your subscription will be automatically canceled and you will not be able to see what you pay until you pay.
Your account will never be deleted automatically, only if you want it.
