I read on Twitter that you can't get a Netflix subscription if you live in Tenerife. Is there really no possibility for people who live there?

But note that the offer varies from country to country. I.e. The selection in Spain differs from that in Germany. Of course, this particularly affects the languages and subtitles available.
So, I really don't think so now. I live on a neighboring island and work colleagues use Netflix.
