Stream Netflix in German in Austria?

There are several films and series on Netflix abroad, so I used a different IP address to stream them. However, I've found that I can only stream in English. As a result, I switched to Austria in my VPN app, since they also speak German, but I can only stream titles in English and Spanish. Is there now a possibility to set the synchro or the subtitles in German, also abroad?

I would say that there's no subtitle or synchro on Netflix for the movie / series that you want to watch.
