I think once you redeem the code you don't have to enter the bank details, but I'm not sure
Netflix vouchers have also been available in Germany since mid-November… So you can top up an already active account with prepaid cards at Netflix in order to save the subscription fee for the coming months. This can be set up from the age of 18.
