Google play store keeps stopping?

Goggle Play store has not worked for me for 3 weeks and I'm shown every 2 seconds that it has stopped. And that's annoying. I cleared the cache and restarted my phone. It even went so far that I deactivated it for two weeks. However, I would like to reinstall netflix and that won't work without a play store.

Have you already done all of this?
