In the end, the quest is set up via the Oculus app on the mobile phone, which connects from the account to the Facebook account
You would have to reset them for a new user

If you have to let your brother play with your scores.

In Quest 2 there's the possibility to link a second account in the developer options.
The first user is admin and the other user gets all the games he has
But not the other way around
