I have bought a new Medion Life X15022 and have everything set up so far and the device also connected to the Internet. However, if I want to open the browser or YouTube etc., or want to test the internet connection, the message "Internet access is not possible! Please check your connection and settings.". However, if I press the Netflix button on my remote, it will work smoothly. I have tried everything (internet connection disconnected and reconnected, reset to factory settings, etc.) but it just does not work.
