I have a lot of gaming lag when someone is watching something on Netflix or something while I'm playing. At vodafone I was told that there are incorrect settings between the router and the Playstation. Does anyone know about it and what to do there? Vodafone said I should find out more on the Internet because they don't know what to do there themselves.

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do except complain to the Internet provider if it is tough, or even switch. Maybe also see if you can get a higher quality LAN cable that can transmit faster internet. Otherwise there's little that can be done as it is also known that Sony made the servers slower due to Corona.
