Ps4 controller on the PC despite PS4?

If you couple the controller with the PC while the Ps4 is still off you have no problem with that. The controller only reconnects to the Ps4 when you connect it to the cable

Unplug the ps4 from the cable and then connect the controller to the PC. Then the controller doesn't even know that the ps4 exists. You can of course plug in the Ps4 again after coupling.
