Which language is this in the series?

I'm currently watching the SUBURRA series on Netflix because I'm Italian and I understand what they're talking about is fine. But always in between they start to speak some dialect, that is the reason why I watch them in German, because if they speak this dialect, one understands as Italian only roughly what they say. Do you know what that kind of dialect / language is? And you know similar series like SUBURRA on Netflix?
