Is The Punisher really that great?

I just looked at the top100 series at the review portal imdb and was surprised when I saw the 5th place:

The first 3 places are not surprising, I do not even know place 4 of hearing, but I was really surprised at "The Punisher", because I thought that this is just an average Netflix series.
