I would like to have Netflix from the USA. Can you even change that?

You need a VPN for this, but Netflix recognizes most VPNs and then only offers global titles.

So use a kind of penalty for VPN's.

If you connect to the USA with the VPN, will you get Masterchef USA? I can connect with Great Britain for Masterchef UK, but USA does not work.
