Change netflix language?

I would like to know whether if I create a Netflix account in another country, I can still select German or can log into Germany with the same account?

So either via VPN in the country where the account was created and then select a German soundtrack.

Or log in to Germany with the foreign account?

Use any VPN. It doesn't matter if it's free or not
