I started watching Naruto on Friday, my question is whether all the episodes on Netflix are in the correct order and some are missing. I'm a bit confused, there are 26 episodes on Netflix in the first season, but I heard from somewhere that it had to be more. Are they divided incorrectly?

On Crunchyroll you can watch the complete Naruto series for free and legal with Japanese original sound and with German subtitles.
And don't worry about the season split. There are simply different divisions ^^
Naruto Classic actually only has one season (170 episodes), but the way in which the episodes are divided up varies from provider to provider.
But the complete Naruto Classic is there. Shippuuden (2nd season) unfortunately not.
