Is it at the RAM?

I got a second monitor for my gaming PC to play on one and watch Twitch, Youtube or Netflix on the other. Unfortunately, this does not really work, the resolution of the video is bad and jerky, and the game on the other monitor sometimes does not start and when it is running, then it is very slow. I did not really have this problem before and wanted to ask if it is due to my 8 GB of RAM. Do I need a better one or is it something else?

I have everything connected to the PC, the new PC is connected with display port, I have an i5 processor and a Nvidia 970 graffiti card.
