I have ne 5700 XT bought plus 8GB Ram (16gb total now). My CPU is older but should be up to par, I thought. I notice now, however, when I play (1440p 144hz) and run on the second screen Netflix or Youtube on Chrome, then pushes the PC to its limits. The game is still running smoothly, but Chrome or the video hangs in part and does not lag behind.
That was not the case with my old graphics card, but it was also 1080p 60fps
Why is that? At the CPU? On the DDR3 Ram?

Can try to turn off hardware acceleration.

no idea if that ^ only goes in english chrome.

Could be due to the browser cache.
I would try it with https://www.chip.de/...17939.html, just download it, close all browsers and start CCleaner, after that it should work again!
