I think the series is very good. I can't judge whether it's the best ever because I don't know all the series. As far as I know it does not run on Netflix but on Sky (at least I saw it there).

To answer your question, I watched the series completely yesterday and today - that is, the majority yesterday and the rest today. My conclusion is that the series looks very authentic and also very detailed in terms of where it matters, but that alone does not necessarily make a series. It's also very entertaining, but I still doubt that it's the best series ever. It is certainly a good series, even if it is very short, but the best series ever is, in my opinion, a sign of arrogance in the claim.
