I'm in a residential group and Netflix is locked here and wanted to ask if you can block this with a VPN (vlt other blocked pages) can handle.
That depends on how this lock is implemented. If just the IP or the domain is blocked, then yes.

If you can easily find it, the Netflix can do it too. Then the blacklist will be added quickly. I can't say which big provider is currently "compatible" with Netflix.
Just take the gate browser, it almost always works
