Jojo bizarre adventure season 2 not all following on Netflix?

Not all episodes of jojo bizarre adventure season 2 are available on netflix. In the beginning there were all 48 episodes but now there are only 40. Does anyone know why?

Update: everyone on my PC is not following, only on the cell phone. What the cause of it might be?

What exactly is there? So certain followings are missing or just the last 8? I have everything on my cell phone.

Maybe you can delete the cache of Netflix on your phone.
