Why isn't there JoJo's Bizarre Adventure in Germany?

On Netflix and Crunchyroll there are German subtitles but no synchro, All Star Battle is also available completely in German but not Eyes of Heaven, and in stores there's neither merch nor the manga. Does anyone know why? It might be difficult to get the rights, but if there's already a game in German why not the others too? In J Stars Victory vs and Jump Force there are also JoJo characters. I'm very surprised.

The series (at least the manga) is very old, it has been running since 1986 (still ongoing) and is a masterpiece. And in the anime, the original voices are far too perfect, in terms of expressions, for any synchro to be added
