Netflix 'we're currently having problems playing this title' despite an internet connection?

I get this message when I want to watch my series on the TV.

I've tried several times to close and reopen Netflix, connect everything to the network again and still get this message.

tried to open the series on my cell phone and everything worked normally, my cell phone and my television are connected to the same Wi-Fi😫

Smart TV? Unplug all cables once and disconnect the TV from the mains for ten minutes. Then reconnect.

TV stick? Also unplug and unplug for a few minutes.
