I just browsed something on Netflix and was shown something from 2019 and Zombie Apocalypse.
Hence the question.
Is there somehow something tangible that something like this can or will happen.
Mine if something is still being shot and produced.
I would appreciate your answers.
Everything that was ever invented came from the imagination so everything as people thought they are zombies and something like that they do
As far as I know, the original belief in zombies came from various voodoo cults. Those believed dead were brought to the voodo priest who performed various rituals by which people who were not dead but seemed dead, sometimes woke up and recovered.
The priest tells these patients that they are now zombies and everyone in the village believed that, including the person. Whereby "Zombie" is not the infectious undead, but a kind of revived dead who acts as a servant of the priest.
The idea of the dead rising again was taken up by Hollywood at some point and it was made into a film in which zombies eat people and can only be killed if you destroy the brain.
This idea has remained in various forms until today.
And some people can't tell the fiction of reality apart, zombies really do exist. Just as there are people who think there are kidnappings by extraterrestrials, fairies, goblins, gods or global conspiracies.
