Why doesn't Amazon Fire tv stick want to connect to Wi-Fi?

I recently bought an Amazon Fire TV stick and wanted to try it out accordingly. When I set it up, you should connect to the Internet, I tried it and it didn't work. That's why I first used my mobile data so that I can set it up. I tried again later and didn't work again. It always said: connected with problems and no access to the network or something like that on the screen. But I myself am also registered in the network and can surf the Internet or watch Netflix without any problems.
