Netflix stream legally?

So I have a Netflix account but I have a problem, the series I want to watch is only in English and therefore I can't watch it, is it still illegal to stream the series online with third parties?

Of course that is also illegal. You can't just steal five apples from the supermarket and then argue that you always pay for the other purchases.

If you consume something for free, which you normally have to pay for, then it's either a gift or theft.

Just use a VPN and change your country to USA. Then you can watch them on Netflix.

Netflix only lets you watch series where the license is available in the correct language. If you connect from Germany, Netflix sees that there's no German license for the series, and he can't watch it, not even in English - the question is based on that. If he now connects via USA he can watch them - that's the basis of my answer.

Netflix has a large selection of foreign language series and films that you can watch in Germany. Some with, some without German subtitles.

So if it's one of those foreign language series. Then the VPN switch does not help him either.

Having a Netflix account doesn't change what you can stream elsewhere under what conditions.
